Le d\u00e9tour se d\u00e9finit comme la trajectoire qui s\u2019\u00e9carte<\/strong> du chemin direct, du voyage initialement pr\u00e9vu. S\u2018engager en th\u00e9rapie, c\u2019est souvent prendre la tangente<\/strong>. Celle de la conscience de soi, de la r\u00e9paration des blessures et du courage de l\u2019introspection. Parfois, l\u2019itin\u00e9raire fait d\u00e9faut<\/strong>. L\u2019\u00e9lan du mouvement n\u2019est plus, le flou s\u2019invite. Nous vivons un virage<\/strong> brutal ou douloureux.
La th\u00e9rapie offre un espace pour comprendre, sentir, accepter, choisir et faire autrement<\/strong>. Elle aide \u00e0 dessiner ses propres contours,<\/strong> s\u2019engager dans des relations \u00e9clair\u00e9es, avec soi et son environnement. Vous soutenir pour traverser <\/strong>les escales de l\u2019existence.<\/strong>
